Who does the work

Two people started this in 1990. It is still the same family.

Ed and Dianne opened Bieri Automotive in 1990. Their daughter, Nicole, came into the shop full time in 2012 and has been turning wrenches alongside her dad ever since.

That is 36 years of the same family doing the same work. There is no service advisor standing between you and the person holding the wrench, and nobody here is working toward a monthly upsell number — which is why the reviews on this page describe relationships measured in decades rather than in single visits.

The grandchildren are already in the shop on weekends, in safety glasses, being handed the air tool. That is roughly how Matt and Nicole learned it too.
